Registration Fees
A non-refundable registration fee of £75 is payable in order to reserve a place at Totspot up to one month after the
requested start date. Nursery fees are calculated over 51 weeks of the year (number of weekly sessions x 51 weeks divided by 12) so your monthly payments will always be the same.
Early Education Grants
The Government offers working parents (subject to eligibility criteria) 30 funded hours per week for 38 weeks per year. We stretch our funding over 51 weeks, equating to approximately 22.2 hours per week. We have an Early Education Grant policy which details how we deliver the funding with a breakdown of additional fees for meals & consumables.
Extra Sessions
If you book extra sessions prior to your invoice being printed you will be charged in the current month. If you book extra sessions during the current month you will normally be charged for these the following month.
Late Pick-Ups
If you are late picking your child there will be additional charges to cover the costs incurred for staff overtime.
Non-payment of Fees
We reserve the right to suspend the provision of childcare to your child at any time if you have failed to pay any fees (see fees policy). Any parent who falls behind with their payments will subject their child to being suspended until fees have been paid.
